1. Use of Service

ChainPulse Intelligence (“the Service”) provides supply chain news, market signals, and business intelligence for informational purposes only. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on ChainPulse, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, data compilations, analysis, and software, is the property of ChainPulse Intelligence or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from ChainPulse Intelligence.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ChainPulse does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Market signals, freight rates, risk scores, and suggested actions are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any business, procurement, or operational decision.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ChainPulse Intelligence, its founders, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable laws relevant to the operator and users of ChainPulse Intelligence. Where required, disputes may be subject to the jurisdiction determined by applicable law, user location, platform operations, or contractual relationship. Users are responsible for complying with their own local laws when using the platform.
